Barack Obama: Enemy of State

Barack Obama: Enemy of State
Bill Whittle’s disturbing analysis of Obama’s foreign policy was something about which the average American citizen could claim innocence, but not anymore. Open mic night with former KGB agent Dmitry Medvedev should make Barack Obama’s loyalties clear to all of his subjects. Let’s be clear, this is the man who has used his presidential powers to encourage his followers to report anyone who criticizes him. He is also the man who has done everything possible to protect Eric Holder, thereby making himself an accomplice in the murder of at least one border patrol agent and a minimum of 200 others...

The Breaking Point!

The Breaking Point!
Since it has become increasingly popular to call me interesting names for what I’ve chosen to say and write of late, the backlash of what I am about to say really does not matter to me. Say what you will, but I no longer care; I have reached the breaking point and will not turn back. When I decided to jump into politics for real shortly after the beginning of the TEA Party movement, I heard a lot of things about holding politicians accountable; about remaining true to principle; of not supporting candidates because of their supposed ability to win. I came to respect a group of people who seemed to...

The Libertarian Foreign Policy

The Libertarian Foreign Policy
In the Iowa Presidential debate, Representative Ron Paul shared more of the Libertarian foreign policy, even advocating that Iran be allowed to produce nuclear weapons. In showing his hand further, he provided more evidence of the naiveté of his foreign affairs knowledge. Mind you, I am not advocating that America launch an invasion of Iran tomorrow, but we should be deeply concerned by a live and let live attitude toward a nation which has made open threats against us. Worse yet, the libertarian arguments against those concerns are built on thin air. Let’s have a look at some of what Rep. Paul said...

Derelict in the Driver’s Seat

Derelict in the Driver’s Seat
I had planned to give a nicely formed message on celebrating our nation’s birthday and our role in preserving it, especially after a good uplifting sermon Sunday morning, but there was only one problem. That sermon was given at another person’s church, while my own was up to other things. And then we’ll factor in that my parents’ pastor as well as a close friend’s made no mention of the most important holiday in the life of an American. These events left me reeling because of the abdication of our most trusted religious leaders in the Faith’s most conservative circles. Our nation was...

Is the Gospel Subverting Marriage?

Is the Gospel Subverting Marriage?
By Miss Maria Lucas I’m posting a guest article by a close friend whose true identity will remain known only to me. The topic is a little unique for a political policy blog, but it has great relevance specifically to American culture, especially to those readers who claim the name of Christ. America’s strength lies in her families, and when the church itself neglects marriage, we are in a truly dangerous time. We fight for traditional marriage and the right to share our faith, but those things are only worth fighting for if we are also willing to live out marriage and pursue our faith, not just...

The Turncoat President

The Turncoat President
Bill Whittle’s latest Firewall is up and is well worthy of your viewing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRYXGIi5340 Obama’s fundamental error lies in his humanistic mindset of trying to be friends with everyone. He fails to recognize the truth in the Apostle Paul’s command that “as much as lies with you, live at peace with all men.” You cannot ever be friends with everyone, and if insist on trying to befriend those who hate you at the cost of selling out your friends, you’ll have no friends. America represents to the world what a Christian nation is and should be,...
